This is a Fisher Price book with flaps on each page that show you the animal that is being talked about. The pictures are bright and colorful enough to keep the attention of a baby all the way up to my almost 2 year old. She loved lifting the flaps and discovering the elephant, giraffe, toucan,monkey,butterflyand the tiger. But the monkey was her favorite one. Fisher Price yet again did a awesome job.

This book is an "Animals of the Rainforest" book same as the Rainforest Choo Choo (click on link to see my review) and contains a number of the same characters that would be familiar to the child who may have read that book first.  The flaps in this book are thick and sturdy to stand up to lifting by little clumsy hands, just learning to control this fine motor skill.  What baby doesn't love a peek-a-boo game and one with such brightly colored jungle animals!!!

This is a very cororful, engaging, hands-on activity, flap book.  This board book is perfect for babies and toddlers little hands.

We take a walk throught the jungle and look behind bushes, flowers, grasses and trees for all of the jungle animals.

One of the great things about the Rainforest themed books is that the same animals are repeated in each book, encouraging and reinforcing the learning and identification of these jungle animals.
