This book was written by Rueben Martinez and illustrated by Raul Colon. I think they did a awesome job on it. The pictures are wonderful and I love that they put each little story in English and Spanish. I had never heard of these Latin American Tales but they were funny and cute. My favorite would be The Wedding Rooster. Also liked Pedro Urdemales and the Giant. Going to give this book to my nephew who is five and speaks Spanish and English. I also think this book would be good if a child spoke English and the parents only spoke Spanish,good way to still do reading time and both understand what's being read. You can buy this book here

Julie Andrews Edwards and Emma Walton Hamilton a mother - daughter team wrote a book Thanks to you, Wisdom from Mother & Daughter. Each page is filled with wonderful pictures and cute little sayings. All the picture's in the book are the Auther's family picture's. So if you are a Julie Andrews fan or your Mom is this is a must have. They did such a beautiful job on this book. After reading this book it made me Thankful for my Mother of course but it also made me thankful to my kids cause they made me a Mother and are there quietly (or not so quiet ) helping as I learn day by day how to become a better Mom. *This book was provided to me for my review and all opinions are 100% my own

Do you have messy bedrooms in your house? I know I do. When I was asked if I would like to review this book I jumped at the chance to read this book and tell you all what I thought of it.

I loved this book. Right away my three girls wanted me to read this book to them. My two year old only lasted thru the story part and not the secret's of cleanlands, But it did entertain her. My oldest identified with this story the most cause she is alway's losing her stuff. The book was very good about showing just what happens when Sam doesn't have a clean room and how he misses out on things cause he can't find them. My favorite part of the book was The Secrets of Cleanland. I tell my girl's to clean there room and I always have to tell them pick this up and that, They think I am nagging them. But this book showed them the benefits of that clean room. The secret's of cleanland went it detail showing the kids how to clean there room clean and keep it clean. But really you don't have to be a kid to put the secrets to good use in any room of your home.

Most of my childhood life my mom was a into alternative medicine. Needless to say when we had a cold we didn't go to the doctor right away but instead she would get out the hourhound tea and barly green and all kinds of other supplements that I have blocked out of mind from fear. Well that might possible be true if you had asked me about it before I had kids. I swore I would never ever make my kids drink or take that horrible stuff. Well needless to say I grew up and had kids. I do take them to the doctor but only for major things and yearly check up's. When I was give the chance to review Healthy Child, Whole Child, I was very excited and really enjoyed reading this book and it will be a handy tool while raizing my children

The Healthy Child, Whole Child is written by two doctor's Stuart H. Ditchek and Russell H. Greenfield My favorite chapter is the one on Herbs and spices. I am into taking herbs and stuff but didnt know that i could give them to the kids. This book had alot of useful information. It wasnt all one side on only doing natural or only going to the doctor. This book is a good book for any parent that would like to try some natural remedies instead of running to the Doctor for every sniff and snival

When I was given the oppertunity to review the water I jumped at the chance. The Fruit 2o water came in a really cute package. Thy were packaged in the container or bag you would get if you bought that kind of fruit at the grocery store. I am not a big water fan, actually about the only time I drink water is when I get to that dehdrated stage. I try and try to drink it but just cant cause of the taste. But with this water I didnt have a problem drinking this because of the flavors. Some of the flavors are not quite what I liked but my children drank the ones I didnt like.My favorite flavor was the cirtus one. Fruit 2o Water has two serving's of fruit in each water bottle. There also is no sugar, Carbs and Calories. Making this water so much better for me then Pop or soda. I recieved from Little Lambs Design two adorable half sheet notepad's with magnet's on the back to attach to the fridge. The Design I picked out was The Family Faces design. It has a face for each member of the family. It is really adorable. The only thing I did not like was that the card board backing of the one notepad fell off right as I took it out of the package. I am assuming that was a fluke with shipping because the second notepad has had no problems. It is nice thick paper and I can't wait till I can use it to send note's to school. I walked into the room to find my Husband of nine year's reading a book the only other time I can remember him reading something was the car manual to our car. But Shane was reading If Mama Don't Laugh,It Ain't Funny and laughing hysterically. He was reading I smell trouble. He made me stop what I was doing and read it . I have started reading my favorite part's to him when he goes out side to smoke. The kids come up to us and ask what's so funny.  My favorite  was Dr.Seuss Duets, we laughed and laughed. It reminded us so much of two of our girls.

  If you are stressed about the kid's not doing what you ask or the stunt they pulled that day or you just need a laugh and a reminder to see the laughter in all situations, I suggest you take a minute and read one Of Lucy Adam's little stories. It will brighten your day. It sure did mine.

The Music Box cd was a hit in The Nelson household. From my 2.5 year old up to my almost 8 year old they loved this cd. My oldest liked it so much that she wanted it put on her mp3 player, so she could listen to it anytime she wanted. Her favorite song's is the Red Carndinal and the Hot Chocolate fairy. Warning kid's will be requesting Hot Chocolate after this song. My 6 year old is my biggest helper and request this cd every time we clean.She dances to it as she wipe's down things. My favorite song is Family The first time I heard it I was like ok this is a little weird but the more I listened the more I caught my self singing it. 

    Mary Kaye is a wonderful musician that gets your children imagination going. It will have your child up dancing and singing along from the very first song Under the Moon to the last one Sleepy Land.
