HarperCollins Book Set Giveaway #giveaway

Looking to add a few good books to your kids library?

Even if you have book in every room of the house, this is one giveaway you do not want to miss.

HarperCollins is offering not 1, not 2, but 3 lucky SSDR readers a set of 2 books. This giveaway will include the books Amelia Bedelia's First Day of School and Marley Goes to School.

Rules:

Open to US & Canada

Deadline August 31st, at 12 noon EST

How to Enter:

Visit the HarperCollins website and check out the Amelia Bedelia's First Day of School and Marley Goes to School descriptions. Then come back here and comment on why each book sounds like one your kids would enjoy (List them in 2 seperate comments to get 2 entries). While you are at the HarperCollins site check out some of their other great books. SSDR has done reviews in the past for their books.

    Books about people (or animals) doing things that make big messes are always a big hit at our house (e.g., If you give a mouse a muffin).

    I loved Amelia Bedelia when I was a child and I think it is a classic book that my family would love to read. I am sure they will like the “young” Amelia Bedelia as much as I liked the original.

    My granddaughter would love these books! She is starting kindergarten in a couple of weeks and loves reading/hearing stories about “big girl school”.

    We did not see Marley at the movies. We own cats and dogs and I felt our children were not ready for the death of Marley at the end of the movie.
