I'm a mom and preschool music drives me crazy! So when I discovered The Mom Song by the Go Fish Guys, I was pleasantly surprised that they had a CD for preschoolers. This song is okay; I like it cuz it makes me smile! Here's the video; you can sign up for their Youtube videos to get them as they put them out there!
Their "tag line" is:
Great music for kids that won't drive parents bonkers!
That's so great! I received two of their discs for review - Party Like A Preschooler and Snazzy. The songs are twisted, fun, upbeat and great dance tunes. Even Baby R loves them, but then again, she really does like music a lot. Our favorite songs from Party Like a Preschooler are Jammies, Do Your Ears Hang Low, and The Crazy Dance. We love Snazzy and Hit the Drum from the disc titled Snazzy.
I know I said in the beginning that I didn't like children's music and that's true. However, the dad in this house likes it even LESS than me. Now when I play the Go Fish Guys CDs (currently these are our "clean up" music) he's not as quick to turn it off. I think we're starting to win him over.
Thanks Go Fish Guys! We listen to your music lots in this house.
If you go over to their easy-to-navigate, information-filled website you'll learn that they have a Facebook page, and that they sell their products at a great price. You'll have to go check it out for yourself!
There will be a giveaway here at SSDR, too, so keep your eyes peeled!
