If you’ve ever picked up a pen to write a letter to someone who has just broken your heart or just to jot down just how amazing that first kiss was, this is the book for you. Putting pen to paper is what the blogging world is doing in a very public venue, yet when many of us think of keeping a diary it’s a very private matter. O’Shea walks the reader through using journaling to not only record their life, but to learn from their past. She uses thought provoking questions, excerpts from her own and other’s journal entries along with numerous quotes throughout the book. This is a quick read, but makes you get to writing and jotting down thoughts, if only in a random way. Pick this book up and grab a Journal along the way.
