If You Give a Cat a Cupcake is.... strange little book, how be it very colorful. The story is about a cat who is continually getting side-tracked! The little girl just wants to give him a cupcake, but he wants sprinkle on it, which takes them on many, many adventures.
The adventure takes us to the beach, the gym, rock climbing, rowing, carousel, museum, back to the beach, back home and finally back to that cupcake! Whew...what a distracted cat!
The illustrations in this book are very good, there are a lot of items point out and discuss.
A very, very different book, I'd say.
